The personal information that HappyGrun Inc. retains is strictly used to confirm and process your order and to be in contact with you should the need arise. During the ordering process, an email will be sent to you detailing the following: confirmation of your order, and the method of payment has been approved before shipment is made.
Acceptance of cookies is not a requirement to browse our website. However, when you click on "add to cart" it does require the acceptance of cookies. When you place an order with HappyGrun Inc., you can create an account with us by signing up with us. You can come back at any time and log into your account with your email address, and all of the data in your account will be accessible, in the event that you wish to change any of your contact information or you wish to place future orders with us. No credit card information is ever stored.

Use of this site and/or purchases from HappyGrun website constitute acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
Terms of Delivery
HappyGrun Inc. online ships majority of packages using standard post to all street addresses and we will choose an appropriate carrier to deliver your products. The cost of shipping fees will be added at the time of purchase and invoicing.
Our products will be delivered within 7 business days after order either with Canada Post, Chit Chat Express and local couriers. The delivery may take up to 7 days.
HappyGrun Inc can offer limited-time sales and special promotions on regular prices. Due to competitive market pressures, prices are subject to change. HappyGrun Inc. reserves the right to correct pricing at any time, any pricing errors.
All Canadian orders will be charged the taxes applicable to the customer’s "Ship to" Province. The exact tax will be shown in the checkout page after you have entered the shipping address.
HappyGrun will bill your credit card as soon as you place your order. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. Please note: in the case of REFUNDS, the amount being charged will be refunded to its original credit card used during ordering process.

HappyGrun Plant System
We will either replace the item or refund the product amount. If you need to exchange or return any product(s), please ensure to repackage product securely in its original packaging. Please enclose a copy of your invoice noting reasons of the return and exchange with your packaging. We will accept returns and exchanges on product(s) made within 30 days of receipt. Should we not have what you want, we will gladly refund the merchandise paid to the original credit card. Should you receive a damaged or missing part, please let us know the part or item within 30 days of receipt. Email us at email@example.com and will be happy to send it to you, free of charge. Hardware warranty: We honor (1) One year manufacturer defective warranty on all of our products. ***Defective Hardware warranty only applies to products purchased on the Happygrun online website. Proof of purchase is required. Pending on the type of damage, we may request pictures of the product or that product to be returned to HappyGrun Inc. Defective manufactured products may have the option to be exchanged.

Plants: Please note that HappyGrun Inc. cannot be held liable for any plant products which fail to grow as a result of poor care or improper plant maintenance. A planter’s care guide received with your plant provides appropriate plant care information that allows for successful growth. This guarantee will be null and void should the plant be transferred to another planter other than a Happygrun planter. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to ensure that you read through the planters care guide included with your order. Plant Warranty: No warranties will be provided for any acts of God, frost, draught or any other severe environmental conditions, human carelessness or animal damage.
Hardware purchased independently: Returns of used products will not be accepted. We will refund the merchandise amount to your credit card. Please note a 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns of open items. If a part of any hardware such as a planter set is broken or missing when you receive it, please do not return the whole set. Refer to the part or item or send us a drawing of the missing or broken part. Simply notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it at no charge.
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a limited period of time in which your order can be cancelled. HappyGrun Inc. is only able to accept cancellation requests via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your email please note in subject heading “Cancellation” followed by the order number. In the body ensure to note your full name and the ship to address so that we can cancel in our system. Once cancellation is processed we will email you a confirmation.
If your order is presently en route, has already been shipped or is delivered, we are unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we will do everything possible to comply with your request. Just Email us.
Replacements and Exchanges
Our commitment is to provide utmost satisfaction. Therefore at any time, should you be missing a part, or a piece is damaged, please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
In your email please note in subject heading “Replacements Exchanges” followed by the order number. In the body ensure to provide details of what is missing or what is required to be exchanged. The more detail you can provide, the better we can act on it in a timely manner. Pending on the reasons for the replacement and exchange, shipping charges “may” apply to the purchaser.
In the rare case that your item(s) arrive at your "Ship to" address in a damaged or defective state, replacements are offered at no charge. Simply note any damage on the carrier documentation upon delivery and contact us immediately. If you choose not to pursue replacements, the damaged or defective products can be returned for refund and or credit. Please note, pictures of the damaged or defective state may be required.

Information on any of the HappyGrun website might contain typographical errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions. These are unintentional.
